It is no secret that Kristine and I love flowers. After the flower event we went to a couple off weeks ago we are experimenting with new stillebens at home. The inspiration above comes from Karina Holmen and Anette Eckmann.

What a Monday!
We had the most amazing champagne lunch at The Pauls yesterday. During the launch for the new dinnerware Elements designed by Louise Campbell for Royal Copenhagen.
What a nice way to start the week.

Away for a few days
We are going away for a couple of days. We really need to become absorbed in our own design work. For quite some time we have worked only with stylist assignments, so now we are desperate for some time only with creativity, fun and play....YES! 4 days in my ( Kristines ) parents summerhouse by the sea. This is a picture of our desk at the danish designschool......back then. Good weekend.

Prints in black
Just some of the things that inspires us. We love the idear of covering the ceiling with wallpaper.
The rug is from the Rug Company and is designed by Lulu Guinnes and finally the fantastic lamp Shadow Light by Dutch Tord Boontje. Shadow Light is absolutely not one of his newest designs, but in our opinion one of the best and most poetic. Hope you all had a great weekend.

I absolutely fell in love the first time I saw this hand painted wallpaper from de Gournay in London. I seriously considered buying it, but at that time I was living in a small rented apartment. Now I have my own house, but I also have two small 3 years olds that likes drawing. So I guess I will have to wait a bit longer.

Decorating porcelain vases
Finally we received our ceramic decals and decorated all day yesterday. It was so much fun – loud music, chocolate and lots off talking while doing it.
The vases are raw on the outside and glaced inside. They look quite strange at the moment, but the yellow will burn away and only leave the fine thin lines in greyscale, black and gold. We can´t wait to see them finished.

Romance and birds
Maybe we got to many flowers yesterday, because today we have gone quite insane with romance.
