Rainy days goes happy days

We have just opened our kiln with new colorful vases. We have to admit that Rainy days are now Happy days. Some of them are now available on our Etsy shop.

Lovely weekend in Jutland

Have had the most wonderful weekend on a tour round Jutland. Started in Århus with some very good friends – pure heaven. Then to a party in some very historical locations in the countryside.

Established and Sons.

The best show during the Milan furniture fair was Establihed and Sons. It was a huge instalation you could walk around in and see all their absolutely beautiful collection.

Moustache

New French brand Moustache presented furniture and lighting by designers including Inga Sempé, Big-Game and Matali Crasset in Milan.

SCP and Donna

We absolutely adore her designs – Donna Wilson made these wonderful products for the nice brand SCP

Africa is hot

Great stuff in Milan. Here are some pictures from the Moroso show, they were inspired by Africa and showed the beauty of their textiles.

Coffee in Milan

We had our first coffee at the airport and then we drank our way through Milan. Every morning we had our coffee at a very authentic café ‘Little Italy’ where all the locals had their morning coffee standing.
We tried Caffè, Cappuccino, Marocchino, Caffè Macchiato, Latte Macchiato, Caffè Americano, Caffè ristretto, Caffè lungo, Caffè corretto, Caffè Hag, Caffè Orzo….. We even had a little strong coffee with chocolate flavor that we had to eat with a spoon.

10 Corso Como

'10 corso como' is a must when visiting Milan. It was founded by Carla Sozzani and her boyfriend, Kris Ruhs, an American artist from New York City.
More than 13,000-square-foot complex, which includes a beautiful courtyard, the Galleria Carla Sozzani (a photography and design gallery) a bookstore (design books from all over the world), a boutique for men's and women's clothing and accessories, hard-to-find imports, and must-have luxury goods.

At the fairground in Milan

We took a hole day at the fairground and as always we were totally exhausted. Collected a lot of press material and saw great stuff.

Kartell's presentation was one of the best, lots of humour and great colours.
