Mina Perhonen

It is a Japanese fashion brand but the name is Finnish, because the designer loves the Finnish culture and have traveled a lot in Scandinavia. Anyway......we love his design and beautiful patterns, they are so feminine and yet really cool. Will it ever come to Denmark or do we have to go to Japan?Friday, 12 September 2008
Jaime Hayon

We really LOVE the work of the Spanish designer Jaime Hayon. His design is absolutely outstanding. We would love one of his lamps 'Funghi', which he made for Metalarte. They have just arrived to Denmark and can be bought in Casa Shop. The pictures above are from Jaimes sketchbook....wow.

There came a present today

There came a present today from the web shop Third Drawer Down. It was two pillowcases made by one of our favorite artists Dylan Martorell, as a surprice there was some decalls by the super talented Camilla Engman. Happy day!Wednesday, 3 September 2008

Cowboy town

This weekend I helped my friend Nana move from her apartment in the center of Copenhagen to a place called Cowboy town. It is 122 attached houses in wood near the forest. We had a lovely day and I got quite inspired by the wild common garden surrounding their house.

Ane-Katrine von Bülow

We like the danish ceramist Ane-Katrine Von Bülow. She has developed her own unique way to decorate her beautiful bowls. We love the graphic and very delicate look.
