My mother brought us christmas cookies yesterday, here at work. Cookies and spicy christmas tea. We almost get the spirit.

Soup

I am obsessed with my new cookbook. This time I made a soup for me and Sabine,  with red lentils, coconutmilk, chili, corianderseeds and lots of fresh coconut and coriander.

My little guy is sleepy today and so am I. Sabines kids are sick, poor sweethearts, so I am here alone and I do not like it.

Monday

It really is a grey monday morning and I am not feeling inspired at all. Just want to sit at home drinking my homegrown mint tea. The weekend was too short. Hope you feel different.

First day at school

Now I have two kids in school. Crazy. Goodbye to kindergarden and hallo to school. Bror was really nervous, but he ended up having a great day.
Must say that I can't get my arms down for our local public school. Much have been written about public schools and not for the good. But we are more than satisfied. Professional, creative and competent people are taking care of our children and give them such a safe environment to grow in. It is a school that reflects the world we live in and learns the children to be openminded and full of acceptance of each other despite diversity. Repsect!!
